Print Technology & Performance

Agilia uses retransfer technology – higher definition printing technology, printing onto a clear film before bonding it to the card surface using colour dye sublimation and resin monochrome retransfer. This ensures:

• Consistent, vibrant colour reproduction
• Sharp text, guilloches, high-definition QR codes for card security
• Excellent results on uneven or embedded smart cards
• Compatible with lamination module for higher security with vanishes and patches, transparent or holograms
